As a scholar practitioner, I always believe in observing, identifying and exploring the potential powers in human and circumstances, and then create an innovative products or services that bring about improvements and enhancements to human’s lives and national developments. Operating under this principle has allowed us to reached where we are.
I would like to challenge my successors, colleagues, and employees to follow this mantra-to always explore the potential and continuing commitment to innovate and improve our working systems to optimize mutual gains for all stakeholders.
I have immense trust in our human resource at all levels. MIG employees have reposed faith in our noble cause and have stood by the group through thick and thin. Their active engagement with our ideology and working has contributed immensely to MIG’s growth.
