Originally from Germany, Heiko brings nearly two decades of on-the-ground business and regional experience in Cambodia. As CEO of MIG, Ltd., he bridges international standards of transparency, structure, and execution with deep local market insight.

Heiko oversees global investor relations for Katharena Properties, ensuring foreign buyers, institutional clients, and private investors navigate ownership, leasehold legal structures, and asset management with absolute clarity and confidence.
