MIG was established with a belief in Cambodia's future and in the opportunities that entrepreneurship could create. The early years established the entrepreneurial culture that continues to influence MIG today.
As Cambodia's economy developed, MIG's founders participated in investments and businesses across different sectors. Each experience contributed new knowledge — about customers, investment, finance, property, operations, partnerships, and the Cambodian marketplace.
As individual businesses matured, they increasingly developed their own identities, management structures, and independent operations. This allowed MIG to reconsider its own long-term purpose.
MIG has entered a new era. The company is now dedicated exclusively to Real Estate Investment & Development. Our current portfolio is led by KATHARENA Luxe Holiday Villa & Resort Development and Junction 31.
MIG's future will be defined not by the number of industries in which we participate, but by the quality of the places we create. We intend to build a carefully selected portfolio of real estate developments capable of creating enduring economic, lifestyle, and community value.
